All Party Parliamentary Group on Kinship Care Publishes Report

Grateful to be invited to the launch of the All Party Parliamantary Group on Kinship Care report: Lost in the Legal Labyrinth.

This report focuses on the challenges of people finding themselves faced with the prospect of taking on someone else’s children and getting accurate and timely legal advice.

I gave evidence in January 2022; an extract is on page 28.
